This tune was recorded in the box and sounds perfectly fine to my ears that way. But sometimes during listening sessions, it's great to version your music out and simply hear it differently! I've had my soundtrack 6000 mixing console since the early 90s. It's no Neve, but it's no Mackie either. A friend found these two Fostex tape machines a few years back in an antique shop just outside Las Vegas. They were in such decent condition and so cheap I couldn't say no. They're not Studers, but they do have a sound. Altogether, they present the exact same recording with a treatment I simply can't get on Mac/audio interface...
